Grant Support from European Commission for 2 Projects of Kadir Has University in H2020-MSCA-RISE Call

Two projects of Kadir Has University, which is the Coordinator, has been entitled to a funding of 1.9 million Euro in total in the 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (MSCA-RISE) Call under the theme of Excellent Science within the program Horizon 2020. One of the two funded projects, named CONSIDER (“Sustainable Management of Industrial Heritage as a Resource for Urban”), includes our faculty member Prof. Dr. Yonca Erkan from the Faculty of Art and Design as the Executive, while our other faculty members in the project team include Birge Yıldırım Okta and Konca Şaher as investigators in the project. In the 48 months-long project having the acronym CONSIDER, studies shall be conducted on the sustainable management of the industrial heritage as a source of urban development. The project which includes the Municipality of Kadıköy as a partner has a total of 12 partners from 6 different countries.
